Delivery time

Dear visitors. The accessories in the offer are either directly in our warehouse or in an external warehouse. This means that we can send the goods as early as 24 hours after confirming the order. We ship goods in an external warehouse within 7 working days, unless otherwise stated with the product. If the goods are not currently in stock, we will inform you about this and agree on the next procedure.

The wedding dress offered here on the e-shop must first be sewn according to the selected size or specified measurements. Delivery time for wedding dresses is from 1 month to 5 months. It depends on the model and the period when the order is made. However, we always communicate with each other, so you know about everything. If we have not already agreed before the order, we will inform you about the delivery date after the order.

Packaging of shipments

Packages are delivered via DPD, GLS, PPL, Packeta (Zásielkovňa) or DHL EXPRESS. It depends to which country we will send the goods.

Shipping charges include handling and packaging as well as shipping costs. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but we will make sure that fragile items are carefully packed and protected from breakage.

The packages are adequately sized and your items are well protected.
